Ohana Prayer 426 – 2 Timothy 4
I have fought the good and worthy and noble fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith [firmly guarding the gospel against error]. 8 In the future there is reserved for me the [victor’s] crown of righteousness [for being right with God and doing right], which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that [great] day—and not to me only, but also to all those who have loved and longed for and welcomed His appearing. II Tim 4:7,8 (AMP)
Praise to Elohim, our heavenly Father! You are an amazing God! You are the Rock! Everything that is done by You is just. You are the living God that is full of righteousness and holy! The dawn comes while the moon is still being seen, it is the time that we regain conscious from our night’s rest. So that we are grateful for Your protection from the night. We come and prostrate before You to offer our praises and adorations to Your holy name. May Your name be blessed, and Your glory fill this land! Amen! Amen! Get up early in the morning. Open our eyes, looking at this perverse and crooked generation, still facing the waves of the epidemic, the arrogance of natural and man-made disasters, and the twisted generation, yet our hearts still firmly believe in Your promises! You will not leave us and will bring hope to our eyes and let us experience that You open rivers on high places of pure light, open springs in valleys, turn deserts into oasis, and turn dry land into springs. You will pave the way for our desert-like path and provide rivers in our desert-like life.
Praise to our victorious Savior, Lord Jesus Christ! Even death has no claim, bound, power, to encase You! You brought the promises of our heavenly Father to fulfillment! When You came upon ill stricken people liken bent reed, You put forth Your hand and heal instead of breaking the reed. When You came upon people who has, in their hearts, lost hope likens flickering lamp, You revive and empower instead of diminishing to put out the flame. When You came upon the wiry souls, You renewed their strength and revived those who are weak. The everlasting love of the heavenly Father filled this land by You, Yeshua! Lord Jesus forgives us! We failed to focus on preaching the gospel, not being sensitive to every detail in life to live a good testimony of life. As a result, people around us turned away from listening to the truth, but instead lean toward fables. Lord Jesus forgave us for failing to buff and shine the lamp of our hearts. In this age full of twisted lies and perverted reasoning, our light turned dim, resulting of boring them of pure truth, further pushed them to the ears and tickled them to follow their own desires. Their hearts, then, is filled with sophistry and fear, bitterness and resentment, and the peace of life is lost.
We praise You, almighty Holy Spirit! May Your presence all around us to provide us with strength, power, and wisdom! You have yanked us out from the lion’s mouth, deliver us from wickedness, pryed us from the gripping hands of Satan! Strictly rebuke us and warn us in our hearts, so that we can be attentive, patient, and cautious, never shrink from the face of suffering, and be faithful even unto death. O Holy Spirit, we plead to rekindle of our first love, the love and the joy the moment that we stepped into the kindgom of heaven, reconciled with Elohim, claim our right of royality, and became a servant of the Gospel! Come, Holy Spirit, unite of the churches to become sensitive to the fire that will purge and cleanse! Unite and organize us to sing in unision chorus: “I have fought the good and worthy and noble fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith [firmly guarding the gospel against error]. 8 In the future there is reserved for me the [victor’s] crown of righteousness [for being right with God and doing right], which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that [great] day—and not to me only, but also to all those who have loved and longed for and welcomed His appearing.” Holy Spirit, may You walk with us to share the Lord’s grace and love, preach the gospel to all people, and may the glory be to our God and Father in heaven, from now on to forever. Amen.
Pray this in the victorious name of Yeshua. Amen.
II Timothy 4
1-8 In the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who will judge the living and the dead, and in view of his appearing and his kingdom, I give you this charge: Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage—with great patience and careful instruction. For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths. But you, keep your head in all situations, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, discharge all the duties of your ministry. For I am already being poured out like a drink offering, and the time for my departure is near. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day—and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing.
17-18 But the Lord stood at my side and gave me strength, so that through me the message might be fully proclaimed, and all the Gentiles might hear it. And I was delivered from the lion’s mouth. The Lord will rescue me from every evil attack and will bring me safely to his heavenly kingdom. To him be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
22 The Lord be with your spirit. Grace be with you all.
