Ohana Prayer 272 – Matthew 28
1 After the Sabbath, at dawn on the first day of the week, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary went to look at the tomb.
2 There was a violent earthquake, for an angel of the Lord came down from heaven and, going to the tomb, rolled back the stone and sat on it.
5 The angel said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified.
6 He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay.
7 Then go quickly and tell his disciples: ‘He has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him.’ Now I have told you.”
8 So the women hurried away from the tomb, afraid yet filled with joy, and ran to tell his disciples.
16 Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go.
17 When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted.
18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.
19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely, I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
Our Heavenly Father, we praise You with Amen, Amen, an in truth! For whatever You spoke that is done accordingly. We give thanks for You have reviewed the greatest mystery: that is, we can seek and see Your face. And if You have not given all authority to Jesus Christ, we cannot come to Your presences nor can have intimate fellowship with! Let’s continue to experience of Your Word that we seek and shall find and knock and door shall be open.
Lord Jesus, The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth. Let us know that you fully understand our thoughts, feelings, and fulfilled lives, and that you have even experienced difficulties a hundred times harder than ours. You could have commanded angels to serve you, and even sent twelve camps of angels to rescue you, but you did not leave a pillow place for yourself. You work hard day and night for the world and pray until dawn. You only give mercy to those who need mercy. People perform miracles, give glory to God, and give peace on earth to those you please.
Thank the Lord for giving us the Great Commission to live, to walk with you, talk with you, serve you, serve the church, care for brothers and sisters, care for the lost souls, and have you always with us in doing Your will In, until the end of the world.
Holy Spirit, we invite You to lead us to the spiritual peak, not the peak of the world, because the end of the pursuit of fame and wealth is the moment of settlement. What is the benefit if we are to lose our health and life? Please help us cherish the affection, love and friends we still have today, cherish the love and fellowship in the Lord, and support and build each other, especially the next generation of the church.
Pray for the Holy Spirit to help us be cautious and self-preserving, not to let the worries of this life entangle our hearts. Help us always watch that the kingdom of God is approaching, and we often surround our family with prayers, so that we can escape this terrible pandemic, danger and everything that is about to come, and stand in front of the Son of Man. Not even the hair will not be damaged, and our lives be protected.
Pray in the name of Jesus. Amen.
