Ohana Prayer 254 – Matthew 10

7 As you go, proclaim this message: ‘The kingdom of heaven has come near.’

8 Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons. Freely you have received; freely give.

16 “I am sending you out like sheep among wolves. Therefore, be as shrewd as snakes and as innocent as doves.

28 Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell.

29 Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground outside your Father’s care.

32 “Whoever acknowledges me before others, I will also acknowledge before my Father in heaven. 33 But whoever disowns me before others, I will disown before my Father in heaven.

38 Whoever does not take up their cross and follow me is not worthy of me.

40 “Anyone who welcomes you welcomes me, and anyone who welcomes me welcomes the one who sent me.

42 And if anyone gives even a cup of cold water to one of these little ones who is my disciple, truly I tell you, that person will certainly not lose their reward.”

Praise to our most merciful and holy Yahweh, our Heavenly Father. Every knee shall bow and every mouth shall confess that You are omnipresent, the fountain of life and whosoever  take refuge in you will never be thirsty with our strength daily renewed. We are beseeching You from the valley of the pandemic to have mercy on us for we are made in Your image, Your handy work best!

We thank you Lord for You came to made the blind have sight, gave strength to the weary and Your eyes piece through our hearts, knowing our thoughts. Lead us, O Lord, with Your light. Remind us of where our strengths are from, living a life with You as the center that we can also throw everything away and treat them as dung. While the explosion of this pandemic caused many businesses to closed or handing on by a thread in almost every country, we pray for the dire need of Your mercy to deliver us from this trial. We ask of Your intervention when we pray in unison trusting on Your faithfulness to safe keep each one.

O Holy Spirit, impel us to make delivery of the living water to those who are thirsty, each individually! Take the water to allow us to be the channels to awake of our dried out hearts first and then to our brethren, give renewal of spiritual strength, rekindle of desire to serve You and Your creations. For we are Your channels to make delivery of Your love to the world cause those who are still wondering to enter the narrow door but with the promise of eternal life so each and every family will be blessed. Pray this in the holy name of Jesus. Amen.
